Recommendations of this study are: 1) There is an effort to increase the competence of kindergarten teachers work both individually and institutionally, 2) principals of kindergartens should maintain instructional leadership, improve monitoring and providing feedback on teaching and learning, 3) recruitment of teachers and the head of the kindergarten should consider qualifying education prospective kindergarten teachers and principals.
